This Privacy Policy covers personal information collected by Murray River Wines. This information is used to verify your name or identity when purchasing wine from Murray River Wines. This information will not be sold, rented, leased or given to any third party but may be used to contact you in the event of new promotions and/or products being listed. membership database

The way we go about collecting identifiable information about you is primarily through our membership database. This information consists of your name (first and last), your address, your primary contact phone number, your fax number (optional), your delivery address (if different from your main address), your email address and your preferred username. Your email address is needed to send you your Membership confirmation email. It is also used as a means for you to obtain your username and password in the event that you forget or mislay it. It is also at this time that you agree to accept our terms and conditions of purchase. Your membership details also provide us with a secondary check on all credit card transaction made through our Payment Gateway. This minimises the risk of fradulent transactions occurring. It is for this reason we that we will only allow Credit Card transactions to Members. Upon completion of your membership signup you will also be entitled to receive member's discounts and promotions.

non members information

As a non member, when you purchase from us the information gathered is used primarily as a means to generate an invoice and delivery label. We do need your name, address, contact phone number and your email address to send confirmation that your order has been received. By making a purchase from Murray River Wines you also agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Murray River Wines reserves the right to modify the content of any offered selection. In the case where unforeseen stock shortages may interfere with the provision of a selected package as advertised on the website, Murray River Wines will replace the deleted product/s with wines of similar quality and price without consultation. Murray River Wines will at all times endeavour to deliver the selection as close to the advertised value and quality as possible.
