It is also important that you receive your goods in a timely manner. It is because of this that Murray River Wines decided to use Australia Post as our preferred courier. Please allow 4 - 15 days for delivery (depending on your location in Australia). The cost of delivery varies depending on where you are in Australia and is calculated at checkout time after you enter your postcode. Minimum purchase is 10 and no less and is in multiples of 10 thereafter. There are no restrictions on your purchases within the 10 however and we encourage you to try as many different wines from as many different wineries per order - after all this is your chance to taste these wines without the need to visit the wineries personally.

Our delivery service is via Australia Post and someone must be available to sign for the delivery with proof of age (this person must be over the age of 18 years). We will not leave your product at your back door unless you specifically request this. If no one is present for delivery then Australia Post will leave a card requesting that the delivery be signed for and picked up at your local Post Office. Also remote regions may only have deliveries made to the local Post Office.

As stock is limited, in some cases we may not be able supply the wine you order. We will endevour to contact you in the event that this happens to arrange for a suitable alternative, so it's important that we have all your current contact details.

By agreeing to purchase wine from Murray River Wines, you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age, that your delivery details are correct and that someone will be available to sign for your purchase (this person must also be over 18 years of age). You also agree that ownership of the products you are purchasing falls to you only after full payment has been received by Murray River Wines.

Once the goods have been despatched from Murray River Wines warehouse and have been delivered to the destination address, responsibility for the goods falls to that of the purchaser and is no longer the responsibility of Murray River Wines.

Our drop rating, while used to provide you with a guide as to the quality of a product within its price range, is simply a guide only and we are however interested in your feedback and would request that you contact us either by email or by phone on 03 5032 9377.
